The Ebor Lectures 2020 (14th series)
2020 Vision(s): Sharpening our Focus
The Ebor Lecture events that had been planned for 2020 have sadly all been cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the 'New Normal' means that as individuals and societies we need more than ever to reflect on issues that link public life and theology.
Though the Ebor Lectures Committee didn't see the pandemic coming any more than most of us, the theme it chose for this year's series could not be more appropriate: "2020 Vision(s): Sharpening Our Focus".
In place of the regular lectures, the Ebor Lectures Committee is inviting people from all walks of life to reflect on how the world looks - or could look - through the lens of the coronavirus. You will find these short reflections as videos on our YouTube channel as well as a page on this website. We also invite you to share your thoughts with us.
